Christoph Teufel combines strategic clarity with strong execution capability and takes responsibility where decisions must create tangible impact.
He has built and led organizations, managed complex transformation initiatives and successfully led teams of up to 45 people. His approach is defined by entrepreneurial thinking, discretion and the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable decisions.
