Startups rarely fail because of the idea – they fail because of execution, focus and wrong decisions at critical moments. As a mentor and advisor, I bring operational experience, entrepreneurial thinking and a relevant network to accompany founding teams on their journey.
I have founded myself, failed, experienced exits and invested in numerous startups. This experience is the core of my work as a startup mentor and advisor. I support founders in the areas of strategy, positioning, fundraising readiness, team building and pitch preparation. My role is variable: sometimes as an honest critic, sometimes as a door opener, sometimes as an operational co-pilot. I take time to truly understand the situation – the product, the market, the team and the dynamics. Clear recommendations emerge from this, not generic frameworks. Particularly valuable: my network into the investor and corporate world, which I specifically open up for startups.
