Strategic decisions need an experienced discussion partner who does not simply agree, but questions, structures and brings new perspectives. As a sparring partner, I accompany executives and owners in phases of uncertainty, growth or reorientation.
Many executives and entrepreneurs face the same dilemma: they are well-connected, but rarely do they have someone with whom they can openly and without an agenda discuss their most important decisions. This is exactly where I come in. As a sparring partner, I am not a consultant in the classic sense who delivers an analysis and then leaves. I accompany actively, ask uncomfortable questions, and help to think through options clearly. My approach is direct and pragmatic: What is the real problem? Which assumptions are not being questioned? What would be the cost of not acting? I bring experience from more than two decades of entrepreneurial practice – as a founder, investor, interim manager and consultant.
