Process optimization is not an end in itself. The goal is always: faster, more reliable and more cost-effective – without loss of quality. I analyse existing workflows in sales, operations, customer service and administration, identify bottlenecks, duplication of work and friction losses, and develop pragmatic solutions. In doing so, I work closely with the teams on site – change only works when people are taken along. My approach combines classic lean methods with an eye for digital automation potential. I accompany the implementation through to stabilisation, not just to the concept stage.
